A smaller terrace with morning sun and a larger one for spinning and stairs down to the garden. The beds are made on arrival with clean bed linen. No towels. No services during your stay. One or two extra mattresses on the floor can be arranged at an additional cost. The kitchen has the necessary equipment for cooking and dining. There are two ovens, an induction hob, kettle and coffee maker. Guest access Rooms that are not available will be locked. The lake (Stokkelandsvannet) has a nice trail (about 4 km around) which is popular for hiking and jogging. The trail is in the street right behind the house. The trail is also connected to the municipal park (Sandve Park) which leads all the way to the city center (about 7 km one way). The house is situated in a calm residential area. The lake is open for fishing. Trout, pike and whitefish are among the species in the water. Fish straight from the garden or along the hiking trail around the water. Rent for responsible adults with/without family. Not youth gangs with persons under 25 years.
