Air Conditioning ❄️ Each bedroom upstairs is equipped with one window unit, while the master bedroom on the main floor has a portable air conditioner. Guest access 🔑 Throughout your stay, you’ll have exclusive access to Unit #1 (Main House), Unit #2 (Upstairs Apartment), and Unit #3 (Apartment), including all bedrooms, living areas, and full kitchens. The outdoor amenities—hot tub, BBQ grill, fire pit, and seating areas—are private to your group, creating the perfect setting for relaxation and connection. Please note that Unit #4 is not part of this rental and is not available to guests. If you have any questions about the property or special requests, feel free to reach out—we’re here to make your stay exceptional. Other things to note 📜 Rental Agreement: For a seamless booking experience, a Rental Agreement is required for all reservations. Once your reservation is confirmed, we’ll provide details for completing the agreement. 🔑 Check-In Process: For a seamless check-in experience, your unique code along with your check-in instructions will be updated into your personalized guidebook on the morning of your arrival. You’ll use this code for entry. ☕ Starter Supply: We’ve prepared a starter supply that includes paper towels, coffee K-cups, toilet paper, shampoo, body wash, and plush white towels! We hope these amenities add an extra touch of comfort to your stay. ⏰ Unauthorized Late Checkout Fee: $20 Per Half Hour Late 💵 Additional Fees: For guests bringing dogs, there is a mandatory pet fee of $100 per dog, collected after booking. A maximum of 2 dogs is allowed per reservation unless otherwise approved. No other animals are permitted. Optional services, including early check-in, late check-out, and additional guests, can be arranged upon request and are subject to availability. These additional fees help cover the cost of reworking the schedule or adding an additional cleaner if needed.
