Home in Long Beach

Welcome to the north side of Long Beach and our home. This colorful neighborhood is centrally located near Los Angeles and Orange Counties and countless attractions there in, including 30 minutes from Disneyland, 20 minutes from downtown Los Angeles and less than 10 minutes from the beach. This home is simple yet very clean. It’s perfect for those wanting to stay a few nights to several months. There is ample free parking behind a secure gated entrance. Enjoy your time with this quaint home. The space Hardwood adorned floors welcome you around the house with a fully remodeled bathroom and updated kitchen. There are a few small lived in parts which adds to the charm of the home. It rarely gets too cold in winter anyhow but if needed there is a radiant heater centered in the dining room and personal heater/ac in the bedroom. Each room features a desk with plenty of space and options to do remote work. The bedroom is fitted with a king bed of maximal comfort and an adjoining bathroom with walk in shower. The kitchen has all the basic needs. A large tv adorns the fireplace for family viewing or a Netflix and chill ;) The outdoor area has a small area for seating and hanging around the fire pit or doing a BBQ. There is also a smoker for your use if you like to slow cook food. The facade of the house is a bit older and outdated so looks are so-so but the bones are solid and the interior is just fine. Shared kitchen, washroom with washer dryer, dining room.and living room. The front exterior and backyard area are also accessible though the backyard doesn’t have much. During your stay I’m sometimes on the premises with my family. If not we have a house manager and also a neighbor nearby for certain assistance. We love connecting with guests but realize not everyone has the time or desire, all good :) If you need me just reach out. Other things to note The house is not entirely updated particularly on the exterior facade. This is not a luxurious place but we work hard to keep it clean and comfortable. There are a few personal items still in the bathroom and in the bench outside. If something is of use you are welcome to use it. We just ask it’s treated with the upmost respect and care.
