The space is airy, cheerful, and perfect for kicking off your shoes and unwinding. The private bedroom features a comfortable queen-size bed and generous built-in cupboards for longer stays. From the bedroom, a charming staircase leads to a cozy loft — a tranquil nook with sweeping sea views, ideal for reading, meditating, or simply soaking in the beauty of the coastline. The bathroom is conveniently located just off the kitchen near the entrance and includes a shower, basin, and toilet. Whether you’re here for a peaceful beach break or a work-from-the-coast getaway, this little haven is designed to make you feel at home. Guest access Safe parking is available on the property to the left of the entrance gate. I’ll do my best to personally welcome you on arrival to help you settle in comfortably. Please note that the apartment is on the second floor and accessible via a flight of stairs, as there is no lift in the building. If you’re travelling with heavy luggage or may need assistance, I’ll gladly lend a hand where possible — just let me know in advance. I have no doubt that once you step into the apartment, you’ll be swept away by the breathtaking sea views and the peaceful, sunlit lounge — the perfect reward after the climb! Other things to note This self-catering apartment is conveniently located near the popular Galleria Shopping Centre, offering a variety of shops, restaurants, and entertainment options. If you're in the mood for something more laid-back, Seadoone Mall or Athlone Shopping Centre provide a quieter and more relaxed shopping experience. Whether you're looking for a peaceful getaway or a longer stay for work, My HAPPY PLACE is the perfect spot to unwind and feel at home. Feeling peckish? You’ll find the cozy Corner Café just a short 150m stroll down the road—great for a quick bite or a leisurely meal. Although there is a footpath to the beach nearby, I recommend taking a short drive to the main beach, where you’ll find safe parking, restaurants, lifeguards, and all the expected amenities for a fun and secure beach day.
