Fun family summer house

Bring the whole family to this great place with lots of room for fun. With 6 rooms all en-suite, a large communal area inside and out and being only a 5 minute walk to the beach this is an ideal place for a large family or two to get together during the summer holidays. A large garden with plenty for the children to do as well as games, toys and books inside there is fun for all the family whatever the weather. The space The House is a Victorian villa that was previously a guest house. We have 6 rooms set over 2 1/2 floors. The garden is large with fake grass and play equipment making it ideal for children whatever the weather. Location is close to the beach (5 minute walk) and transport links (bus stops outside and train is a 5 minute walk). It is an ideal property for a large family or group of friends with children to stay over the peak summer holiday period. Each room has a private bathroom. There is plenty of room to spend time together or for privacy and time out if you need. The house in an old house with old features and whilst we have spent time decorating and modernising there are still some older furnishings and fixtures such as flooring, carpets and furniture in the lounge and dining area. If you are looking for a modern sleek property then this is not the property for you, however if you want a great location large property at a reasonable price then this is for you. The inside dining area has seating for up to 11 guests. The lounge area seats 8 people on sofas and there is seating for up to 7 people on bench seating in the lounge area. This is a good budget option for families or groups of friends who are looking for a base in a location close to the beach. Please note the house is situated on a main road and there can be some traffic noise, this is particularly important to note in the summer when you will want to have the windows open at night. If traffic noise is a problem then this is probably not a suitable property for you. Guest access Access is to the house and garden. It is all private and you have access via the front door. The property does have a separate owners flat and letting rooms all of which are accessed via a separate entrance and are private from the main house which is what you will have access to. Other things to note It is a fantastic base over the summer for families to enjoy the Island at a reasonable costs for a large group.
