Warm apartment located 14km from downtown Bariloche, where the peace and quiet of being immersed in a Coihues forest is combined with the comfort of its proximity to shopping and tourist areas. It is located 700m from Avda. Bustillo, the city's main road that borders the lake from west to east, where buses pass. From the parking lot to the apartment, you walk a 40m path in a natural environment from which you can see Lake Nahuel Huapi in the background. The space The apartment is located below a house that is also rented to tourists. It is totally independent of it. The environment is natural, in an area of native forest, there is no parking. Please note that outdoors you may find dust, pollen and some native insects. Guest access The access road to the land is dirt, steep but accessible for any type of vehicle with average driving skills. During the winter, it may be necessary to use chains in case of snow or ice, and in extreme cases, leave the car below and climb on foot. Other things to note Important: The kitchen is a kitchenette type, designed for breakfasts and simple meals. The same has a single electric anafe, microwave, electric pava, toaster and a small fridge under the counter. There is no oven or smoke extractor. The general recommendation is to come with a vehicle, although it is not decisive.
