Brand-new condo in the outskirts of Bogota (Chia)

A new condominium on a second floor (with no lift) in an apartment building. It is located in Chia, which is a medium size city to the north of Bogotá. There is front desk and security 24/7. The condo is fully furnished, it has one bedroom (with a double size bed), a toilet, fully equipped kitchen (including dishwasher, washer and dryer). There is also a studio and a living room. Long term stay must pay the water, internet and electricity bills additionally. The space It is a modern, new, well-lit condo. There is a sofa bed and a hammock you can use. Guest access you can use all the spaces of the apartment. Other things to note Parking is optional. It costs aprox COP$30000/month. It is outdoors, but it is inside the apartment complex. (The availability has to be checked upon request). Bills are included in the monthly fee for short term stay (administración, Internet, cable television, gas natural, water, electricity). For long term stays the electricity, internet and water bills are paid extra (it depends on the monthly use).
