Large dune apartment for 1 or 2 – Little Paradise

A one-of-a-kind dune apartment with south-facing garden, set on a quiet estate where peace takes the lead. The sea and beach? Just a short walk away. Inside: a well-equipped kitchen, cosy living space (22.5 m²) and bedroom (12 m²) with bathroom. From time to time, you might catch a hint of background music from the nearby retreat house, or the occasional passing plane. No place for guests or get-togethers – but perfect for slowing down, solo or as a pair. BBQs? Not here. The space More than just a holiday house – this place feels like a real home away from home. The kitchen? Fully stocked and then some: cutlery, crockery, pots and pans, (sharp!) knives, oven, microwave, and two coffee makers – one filter, one Nespresso. Guest access You can park at the nearby parking area, about a 150-metre walk from the house. A nice little stretch for the legs. There’s a cart waiting by the gate for your luggage. You’re welcome to drive up to the gate to unload. After that, it’s car-free: no humming engines or rows of parked cars – just grass under your feet, fresh air in your lungs and views worth slowing down for. Before arrival, you’ll receive a short video with clear instructions: how to find the house, exactly where to go, and how to let yourself in with ease. Simple as that. There is an extensive information folder that answers all your questions and an online Q and A. Cleaning charges are included but you are expected throughly to tidy up before departing according to specifications available in the house. At surcharges, extra services can be rendered: upon request the beds can be made (17,50 per bed). Depending on the wind, you may experience noise pollution due to low flying airplanes on their way to or from Schiphol Airport.
