Cozy house in Léman

This peaceful accommodation offers a relaxing stay for four to six people, 500 meters from Lake Geneva, 3 kilometers from the medieval village of Yvoire, 20 minutes from Geneva's Jet d'Eau, 20 minutes from Thonon-les-Bains and 30 minutes from Évian, 45 minutes from Annecy and 30 to 50 minutes from the Haute-Savoie ski resorts. In the heart of the village there is a grocery store, two bakeries, a butcher, three restaurants, a pharmacy, two hairdressers and a mechanic. There is a cat to feed. Take care of its needs The space A tiled terrace with garden furniture in front of the house with the entrance equipped with coat racks opening onto the dining room with a six to eight-seater table with extensions, two display cases containing dishes, cozy with its leather sofas, teak furniture and paintings and the integrated kitchen with four-burner induction hobs and oven and microwave, with many cupboards at your disposal as well as a large three-drawer fridge-freezer and a dishwasher. A toilet is present on the ground floor, as well as a hallway with iron and ironing table and hanging rack. You have a washing machine and dryer in the garage. In the garden located at the back of the house you will find a dining room and barbecue and two sun loungers. The umbrella allows you to eat out. The terrace is shaded from 14:00 and the entire garden from 4:30 pm. The garden is embellished with a few plants. In the evening you will enjoy using the plancha or the crepe party on the table outside with an extension cord left at your disposal. Upstairs you have three bedrooms with a 140 cm bed each, a large wardrobe and a desk in two of the bedrooms and also a third with a sofa and a coffee table. The bathroom includes a large mirror, a double vanity and a bathtub, as well as a vanity furniture and another next door to store your personal belongings, as well as a toilet. A hairdryer is left at your disposal for the duration of your stay, as well as a shower gel and shampoo, a bath mat and a bath curtain. Guest access A parking space is on my plot and others on the street. The entrance to the house is to the right of the garage through the front terrace and garden furniture Other things to note The bedrooms have a fan, as well as the dining room which is relatively cool. The terraces have lighting and a lemongrass candle. There are practically no mosquitoes but a few flies in summer, spread by these candles. I leave one bath sheet per person on the beds made. You will also have two tea towels and a hand towel in the kitchen and handles for the oven and a hand towel in the toilet with a sink on the ground floor. You will have a second toilet in the bathroom and a bath mat, as well as an anti-slip mat in the bathtub. You will have ground floor heating with thermostat at your fingertips and a heater in each room as well as a towel dryer in the bathroom. You will have many appliances including a plancha and a barbecue, a fondue machine, a small pancake maker, a blender, a deep fryer (to be cleaned when you leave) in addition to two coffee makers and a toaster. You will have a base of breakfasts and drying plus spices and charcoal for the barbecue for installation use. You can of course use the freezer where ice cubes are waiting for you at your leisure.
