Farm stay in Oak Glen
Description
Enjoy the stillness and immerse yourself in nature surrounded by crisp mountain air, running streams, natural forests, and meadows nestled quietly amongst orchards of Willowbrook Farm. Planted in 1910, visitors from far and near nurture seasonal splendor year round in the peaceful, historic town of Oak Glen, CA. Guests will experience a genuine escape from the busyness of the world. The space Willowbrook Farm is located at the beginning of the 5-mile scenic loop where apples grow a mile high! From here, Oak Glen’s local attractions and mountain beauty are just a few miles away by car. The land is situated on 2.5 acres, surrounded by heirloom apple trees that range from young trees to turn of the century specimens. Enjoy the peaceful sounds of nature, explore the diverse woodland areas providing shelter for native wildlife, say hello to Willowbrook’s sweet farm animals, and find joy in exploring nature on foot. Please come prepared during winter as there are rains, snow and icy conditions expected. During Spring blossom season, Summer and Fall enjoy a picnic on the farm. Shared Property Use: Our farm is split into two halves. The home and its private backyard are for guest use only, while the other side of the property remains open to the public during the day for seasonal apple picking, our farm shop, and other experiences. While there’s no fence dividing the front of the property, we kindly guide visitors to stay on their side of the farm, and your backyard is fully fenced and private for your group to enjoy. Fall Season Info: Fall is a magical and lively time here in Oak Glen, with lots of visitors coming for apple season and weddings! Please note that it can get quite busy during the day, so you may notice some activity on the farm. Parking Details: Parking can be a bit tight during peak hours. You’ll find two parking spaces inside the gate reserved for your group, and there are one or two additional spots just outside the gate along the road. We recommend coordinating carpooling if possible and letting us know how many vehicles you’ll be bringing so we can help accommodate everyone as smoothly as possible. Oak Glen is an inviting community and a wonderful town to visit year round. Come stay awhile 🕊️ Guest access The town of Oak Glen is a quiet, close-knit mountain community with a slower pace of life. Please respect quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 6 a.m. You’ll receive clear farm guidelines before arrival, and a detailed house and farm manual will be available inside the home.
