Small Room in Sham shui po sp4e

There are 5 rooms sharing apartment with kitchen and bathroom. There are 2 toilets here !!!! Your own room. NO window. with lift. with aircon. The apartment has everything you need, bed, washing machine, fridge, pots and pans, microwave, desk, chair, Wifi internet, all the kitchen utensils, blanket, curtain, pillows etc. During your stay * a flatshare agreement has to be signed * there is a 500 key deposit refundable when check out * there is a Hong Kong stamp duty tax about 80 * electricity is not included, it is pro-rata shared among all, is about 100-400 per month per person. Other things to note Please note, when you move in, you will need to pay for Hong Kong stamp duty tax which is less than HK$60 and key deposit Refundable HK$1000, a flatshare agreement will be signed too. Utilities ( Electricity + Water ) is extra, will be shared among pro-rate by all flatmates. Thank you
