A few meters from the town center as well as the beaches, this is our peaceful house offering a relaxing stay. Our house is for you to meet with friends and family on the terrace in the summer or around the fireplace in the winter. Everything is available for you to make yourself at home. House at the end of a cul-de-sac for guaranteed tranquility. Our accommodation is 5 minutes from Ria d'Etel and 5 minutes from the ocean. The space Our house was renovated a few months ago. It is fully equipped (dishwasher/dryer/stove/hair dryer). It consists of a 40 m² living room with a lounge area and a separate living area, a 15 m² kitchen with a range. You also have a toilet and a brand new shower room on the ground floor. Upstairs, there are 3 bedrooms, one with a 160 x 200 bed, and the other 2 with 2 90 x 190 beds. There is also a separate toilet and shower room. A seventh extra bed can be provided if necessary (90 x 190 mattress). For your comfort, linens and towels are available. A contribution to the laundry costs is requested: €15 for sheets and €10 for towels There is also a wood-burning stove on the ground floor for beautiful winter evenings. Wi-Fi available. 2 adult bikes are at your disposal. You also have a children's area with toys and books and also board games to have a good time. A 30 m² south-facing terrace and also a terrace at the back of the house overlooking the 200 m² wooded area. New Spring 2025: Creation of a 40 m² wooden terrace with shaded canvas on the garden side with small summer kitchen and solar shower. Outside, you have a garden table with chairs, lounge chairs and a barbecue on a quiet plot. Come and enjoy it! We're waiting for you. Guest access You have access to the whole house except the storage area under the stairs. Access to the outdoor shed is also private. Other things to note Access to independent accommodation thanks to a key box. Linens and towels are provided according to the number of guests The accommodation is non-smoking, please respect this. You also have a towel and bath mat in each bathroom and a hand towel in the ground floor toilet. Please do not spill water on the upstairs parquet floor.
