Two of the 3 bedrooms have TVs and air-conditioning, the other rooms have fans. The kitchen is equipped with a refrigerator, gas stove, microwave, gas oven, mixer, sandwich maker, blender and coffee maker. Guest access In addition to the house, there is a laundry room in the back of the house, with an extra refrigerator for exclusive use. Other things to note At the back of the house there is a small building (with physical separation from the house) with 2 floors. Fixed tenants (1 couple) live on the upper floor. Downstairs is the laundry room with a washing machine for common use.
