It's free street-parking residential area, 13 min walk to ED shopping mall. sometimes other guests too. This room is ground floor spacious room, with a Queen Bed, can accommodate 1-2 guests, premium mattress. BUT there is no door of this room, will use curtain and divider to keep private. BUT there is NO DOOR of this room, will use curtain and divider to keep private. bathroom is shared with 1 other downstairs room No.1 . Guest access Will be self check in. I will provide key safe password upon check in. Please note if there is a visitor, even just cooking chatting or eating or spending day together, will be counted as extra guest. If you book in as 1 guest, please make sure just 1 person(of course drop in and help luggage is not counted as extra guest) During your stay will interact by text messages. Other things to note In the evening please keep quiet, 10pm -8am is quiet time, if have to walk in and out or talk, minimise the noise please for other guests. Please respect other guests in the house. wash the dishes after use please. there are 2 surveillance cameras. 1 outdoor facing front entrance, 1 in the kitchen & dinning & front entrance and stairs. no surveillance in private rooms or bathrooms.
