Reliable high-speed wi-fi, satellite TV, in-floor heat. Excellent location in the country, yet convenient to many area attractions. Owners and their dog live in separate apartment on main level of home with their own separate entrance. The only shared spaces will be the yard and dock. The hosts are available to help make your stay enjoyable! The space Kitchen has new cabinets, counter tops and appliances. Cozy living room has gas fireplace and large windows looking out to the patio. Summer activities: Large patio with gas barbecue grill for enjoying the outdoors, walking/hiking trails right outside your door, campfire pit, lakeshore and dock good for canoeing and kayaking. Enjoy multiple flower gardens, waterfall, and fountain. Two adult bicycles and one kayak are available at no charge. Winter activities: Enjoy the in-floor heat throughout the house and the gas fireplace in the living room. Also, cross-country ski and snowshoe on the property and on the lake. Garage and swimming pool are not included with this vacation rental. This property is not suitable for infants or children under the age of 13. Area attractions include ski resorts, golf courses, Black Bear Casino w/buffet (10 miles), Jay Cooke State Park (8 miles), Cloquet (13 miles), Duluth (25 miles). This area has it all, so you can make your vacation as busy, or as quiet and relaxing as you want!
