Most importantly, you are a stone’s throw away from the world famous Seven Mile Beach! The space Bedrooms; Both bedroom are always clean and tidy, and consist of: An AC unit 2 side tables 2 lamps 1 queen bed 1 trunk with extra towels and bed linens The closet has hanging space and hangers. Other things to note 1. CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT: Check-in time is 3PM onwards, and check-out time is by or before 11AM. Please adhere to the specified schedule, as our cleaning team is prescheduled. 2. LINENS: Please refrain from laundering any bed, bath, or kitchen linens as we have them professionally cleaned. 3. SEPTIC SYSTEM: Only toilet tissue may be flushed down the toilet. A designated waste bin is available for non-flushable items, including wipes. 4. STAIRCASE: Some of our units are located up stairs (5-8) if you have any challenge climbing stairs we suggest booking any of our ground floor units (1-4) to avoid climbing stairs. 5. QUIET HOURS: Maintain quiet hours between 10 PM and 8 AM for the comfort of all guests, including our other onsite airbnb guest! 6. NO SMOKING: Our property is entirely non-smoking. 7. NO SHOES ON FURNITURE: Please avoid putting shoes on the furniture. PROPERTY CARE: 8. GARBAGE DISPOSAL: Follow the procedure for disposing of garbage. All trash must be securely placed in bin bags before being disposed of in the designated garbage bins. Littering on or around the property is not permitted. 9. DISHWASHER: Unfortunately not available 10. WINDOWS AND DOORS: All windows and doors are all hurricane impact rated. 11. LAUNDRY: Each unit comes equipped with a full-size stackable washer/dryer, we also supple washing detergent, and fabric softener for your convenience. 12. PET AMENITIES: None available 13. FEEDING WILD CHICKENS: Guests should not feed the wild chickens. (A Gov policy) GUEST RESPONSIBILITIES: 14. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Only the registered guests are allowed on the property. 15. LATE CHECKOUT: Late checkout (after 11AM) is only permitted with prior agreement and is subject to a fee. Our limited cleaning time between guest stays necessitates this policy. 16. PET RULES Our property is a pet free property! 17. STARTER KIT CLEANING SUPPLIES: Please note that there are limited "starter kit cleaning supplies provided." BOOKING AND STAY CONDITIONS: 18. CANCELLATIONS: Our cancellation policy is strict, applying to all stays. Consider purchasing separate travel insurance for added flexibility. 19. HOUSEKEEPING: In-stay cleaning can be requested for an additional fee with 24 hours' notice. This additional housekeeping fee is separate from the cleaning fee included in the rental costs and is subject to availability of the cleaners. 20. TERMS ACCEPTANCE: Booking implies that guests have read and accepted all the terms and conditions outlined in these house rules. 21. TAX INFORMATION: A 13% government tax is added to the total cost of your stay in compliance with local regulations. SPECIFIC TO QUARANTINE STAYS: - If a positive Covid test is received during the stay, resulting in the stay having to be extended, the reservation will need to be extended at the current nightly rate thereafter. Guests are required to update their reservation accordingly upon notice of a positive Covid test result and notify the host and Airbnb as soon as they find out. Extended bookings will also be subject to availability. AIR CONDITIONING: - The air conditioning should not be turned off. Please leave it running between 75 to 78 degrees constantly to prevent mold due to high humidity.
