This tastefully furnished and newly renovated pool villa is nested in a secured estate named Kamala Regent and has everything you need for an unforgettable vacation. Conveniently located near Kamala beach and the main strip, the villa is the perfect home base for exploring the local area, then coming back to unwind and recharge. The space The villa boasts a large open plan living/dining area, providing guests with plenty of living space and includes comfortable seating, large Smart TV with Netflix, and air-conditioning. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors provide lots of daylight and direct access to the pool. The dining area features a multi game pool table that also has air hockey, ping-pong and can be easily transformed into a dining table. This is the perfect spot for having fun with your family and friends indoors. A fully equipped Western kitchen is available to cater to all your culinary needs and includes a stove with an oven, refrigerator, microwave, kettle, rice cooker, toaster & cookware. Master bedroom and two guest bedrooms set up on the main floor. Each bedroom has a comfy queen bed, large Smart TV, en-suite bathroom and air-conditioning. Two of the bedrooms have direct pool access. The other highlight of the villa is a self-contained studio apartment with a terrace on the upper floor that can be reached by a staircase outside the house. The studio is fully equipped with a queen size bed, kitchen, a dining table, a wardrobe, and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. Enclosed terrace with outside furniture and sun loungers ensures privacy. That would be a perfect option for teenagers, a couple, or a maid/nanny accommodation. High speed WiFi is available for entertaining or working online. Guest access Staying within Kamala Regent complex, gives our guests free access to the communal amenities such a lap swimming pool, kids pool, fully equipped gym and a restaurant on site. Short walk to the main street, supermarkets, SPAs, restaurants and bars. Other things to note Electric usage is not included in the price, it will be charged at 7 baht/kw. Turn off the ACs and all the lights when you leave the house. Cleaning service during the stay is available upon request for an additional fee. Late check in is available on request free of charge. To keep the pool clean and safe for your enjoyment, our pool service staff will access the villa for routine cleaning on Mondays and Thursdays between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM. They will work quickly and cause minimal disruption to your stay.
