Dog-friendly single-family home on City Island, NYC's Nantucket! Bike or walk to Orchard Beach and Pelham Bay Park-NYC's largest green space! One block from grocery store, bus stop (BX 29), multiple restaurants and shops. 20-30- minutes to Manhattan by car. Rare in-home full-sized washer and dryer, one off-street, free parking spot with EVC, free street parking in front of house. Home was completely and stylishly remodelled in 2023. HOME CANNOT BE RENTED FOR PERIODS OF LESS THAN 1 MONTH. Other things to note This house is occupied much of the year, so workers may need to get access during your stay to keep the house maintained. Also, because this is a midterm rental with a minimum rental period of one month, we do not provide consumeables such as paper towels, salt and pepper, cleaning solutions, etc. You need to be at least 25 to book or stay here unless you are with your parents.
