Loft 32 - Residencial JNN

Built in the 1930s where a hotel operated at that time, today it has been completely revitalized, with this wonderful Loft available. Here you have a quiet stay and can relax body and mind in the historic center of Laguna. The loft has air conditioning, microwave, refrigerator, workstation, bed, shower, smart TV, comfort, privacy and security, as well as an elevator. Guest access The guest has access to the rented loft and our lobby, where we have a fireplace, wine cellars and a small library. Other things to note WE DO NOT HAVE PARKING Cars need to be parked on public roads, or in the pocket in front of the lagoon, in front of the residential area. During the week, there is a blue zone charge on public roads, requiring the car to be parked in a space or a more distant location. The blue zone hours are from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m. on weekdays and from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. on Saturdays. ACCESS TO RESIDENTIAL AND LOFTS At check-in you will receive a tag, which is your "key" to enter the residential area and your loft during your stay. Please note that we are not a hotel, we do not provide breakfast, but in our lofts you will find a free European Union standard delta coffee maker, Drip Coffee from the South of Minas Gerais, Iguaçu Instant Coffee, mineral water, chocolate, and tea. In the lobby, you will find free Cachaça aged in oak barrels, Cachaça with Butia and Butia Liquor, self-service.
