Charming, small cozy studio cottage on west side of Santa Cruz, nestled in gardens behind Victorian house. Vaulted ceiling, sky light; very airy and cheerful. Approximately 275 sq. feet includes small kitchen and dining area, bathroom, bedroom and garden. The cottage has a back patio area that views a chicken yard with a sweet chicken named Sunshine. The cottage is about 10 ft from the main house. We are located within walking distance to the Santa Cruz downtown area. The space This cottage is uniquely located in the heart of Santa Cruz, walking distance to downtown. 2.2 miles to the beach. It is comfortable for 1 or two people. The kitchen comes equipped with stove/oven, microwave, coffee maker and regular kitchen supplies. The bathroom has a tiled shower. Hot water is plentiful in the shower and kitchen sink. There is a full sized bed complete with a cozy comforter to keep you warm. The back door looks out to the back bricked patio and chicken yard, with a fenced in area if you happen to bring along your dog. Guest access Private entrance through the gated back yard. Guests are welcome to enjoy the back bricked patio or the main garden area . Other things to note We have three cats and one small dog that come and go out of our house as they please. We have one chicken that stays in her chicken yard.
