The space This villa of 300 sqm consists of 2 adjoining houses recently renovated, it offers contemporary design while keeping the charm of the Caribbean architecture, it is located on a well maintained tropical garden of 10,000 sqm within the secure estate of the LowLands. The many benefits of the villa include a fully equipped kitchen, american barbecue, satellite TV, an outdoor Jacuzzi, a swimming pool, floodlit private tennis court (artificial grass 'Sit in Sport Tennis 15 HD Sport 110'), a table tennis, a Jacuzzi in the master suite and an organic system against mosquitoes and a very efficient Wifi via Starlink The master suite is in the 2nd detached house. The large bathroom has a shower and a dressing room. The jacuzzi is behind the bed (2m x 2m). The second and third bedrooms are located downstairs and open onto the tropical garden lit. Both bedrooms each have queen beds (2m x 2m) and ensuite bathrooms. The fourth bedroom is upstairs in the first house. The bathroom is on the ground floor. The 4 bedrooms are air conditioned. There are Tv screens in the bedrooms where our guests can watch Netflix In the living room , there is a Tv with a lot of channels via Canal sat . The rental includes a mid and end of week maid service and a concierge provided by a local agent who can help you to organize your stay This beautifully decorated villa is ten minutes walk from the Hotel La Samanna and the wonderful beach of Long Bay. It is a perfect place for families with children and friends traveling together for a holiday in the Caribbean. The villa is also close of the dutch side ( casinos , discos , restaurants).
