We have an entry system to the house with a code lock and your room also has its own key. We have all the amenities inside the room so you feel at home! The rooms are private and are located in the backyard of the house. We have two full bathrooms (shared) with hot water and are shared with other guests, and the bathroom located in the patio where 3 rooms are located has 7 steps for access (not suitable for people in wheelchairs, crutches or problems going up and down stairs) Guest access Access to the house is via a code lock given two days before your arrival, and entry to the rooms is also via a code lock in each room. They are completely private rooms. During your stay Guest communication is again via the app. On Tuesdays and Thursdays, the cleaning person is available if the guest needs any assistance. Guests can access the house at any time, as long as they do not disturb the order of the house, as there are other guests, and there is no set check-in and check-out time. Once they have the entry code, they can check out and arrive at the house at any time. However, discretion is requested out of respect for other guests. Other things to note There is availability of up to 3 more rooms for large families, or vacation groups, 3 with 2 double beds and two with an additional sofa bed and one with two beds and a sofa bed (up to 5 people). If you need a playpen for babies and a high chair, you can request it from Reservation time. For stays of more than 15 days, access to the washing machine is provided once a week, and an additional key is provided in your key set. If additional loads of laundry are needed, an additional $5.00 per load will be charged. The washing machine is located inside the house, under the white door with the image of the washing machine.
