Note: This is a third-floor walk-up with an internal staircase. Guests must be comfortable with stairs. The space This stylish duplex features high ceilings and a recent renovation that blends charm with comfort. The ground floor includes a serene bedroom with blackout curtains and a walk-in closet. Upstairs, a dreamy writing loft/office complete with a private balcony is a great way to spend your time in NYC. Note: this space can also be set up with a sleeper sofa to accommodate an additional guest. Just let me know your preferred setup. Enjoy streaming access to Netflix, Hulu, HBO, and more. The unit includes a dishwasher, and there's a washer/dryer in the building's basement. Residents also share access to the building’s rooftop, which includes a grill. The neighborhood is a true gem, home to standout restaurants like Hart’s, Saraghina, and Bunny. Plus, it’s under a block from the A/C subway (Franklin Ave and Bedford/Nostrand) and just a 10-minute walk to the G train. Guest access The entire apartment is private for guests. The rooftop deck is shared with 3 other units in the building. Other things to note For your convenience and security, the apartment cannot be used as a permanent address for stays under 2 months. To protect the privacy of all guests, a mailbox key will not be provided. If you need an official address for mail, I’d be happy to recommend a nearby pickup center or PO Box option. You can, however, receive packages directly to the building at any time. You’ll receive one set of physical keys along with a personal door code for both the building and apartment doors. Please note there is no intercom access to the building, so plan ahead for meeting guests or receiving deliveries.
