Guest access Upon check-in, you’ll receive your very own unique pin code for the front door, provided at the scheduled check in time. Door code changes promptly 10am on check-out day. Check out rules for late fees 100 late check out fee ( after 10am) for every hour or portion of hour. If your stay go over and impedes on the next guest. You will be responsible for those fees incurred for loss of stay or stays. Early check in on request $100 fee ( covers extra house keeper time) we have to be timely so that housekeepers can prepare for the next stay perfectly as they did for your stay too. They do their very best but it is a really enormous house. Swim Spa! About the Grand Waterfall Spa: 100 heating fee It's a beautiful 12-14 person swim spa with jets, amazing night lights and heats up to 104 degrees! Please note: has night cover sensor alert. Please be sure and cover Spa if not in use. Spa is not required for stay but highly recommended! Please send payments or request 24 hours prior to stay to fully heat & clean. Each stay has full clean out & reheating takes time, Mandatory: City ordinances, we must respect Lake Elsinore’s Ordinance quiet outdoor hours after 9 PM. No DJ or Music/ Party outdoors or loud after 9pm. Please no outdoor lingering or using the niehbors space, we try our best to be kind and mindful of them too. Unauthorized guests are $ 90 per night per person and verified by outdoor cameras, 55 per night if done prior to stay. Kimberly, your amazing host, is available by phone or text for major emergencies at any time. For non-urgent matters if contacted in the middle of the night, will respond promptly the next morning to ensure your stay is seamless and enjoyable please text for emergency. New! nearby! The Beignet shop ( as seen at Disneyland!) it's a crazy fun treat for kids ( or the child inside each of us!) There's games & fun reading ( ocean & mermaid themed) books in the livingroom, monopoly, Yahtzee, Checkers and more! Feel free to bring water blow up's or floaters but please take out water cleaner machine and do not play with. We also have toys for you too! There's a walk- around path for cooler nights, it's a nice night walk. Just ask for directions from Kimberly & one of us will help you. Other things to note This is the best most beautifully established, well kept clean palm resort/ style home in Lake Elsinore, it's the largest of the homes in the area, well kept, clean and still is cozy with everything you could need, towels blankets toiletries, starter laundry soaps ( yes! There's a very nice huge laundry room!) spices, dishes pots and pans, silverware, so much more! You are entering a real home, this is not your standard Airbnb. We have everything you could need here, minus the food and you! Rules are important and help keep everyone safe but I assure you, the house is worth it! We are close by to Glen Ivy Resort & Soa, Disneyland, San Diego Zoo, THE best 🪂Skydivers paradise area! We love our skydivers teams & groups! We love Soccer Teams, Military, Ladies StayCations, Glen Ivy, work teams-family swim and Disney & San Diego vacations. You are ALL welcome! •Trash needs to go out Monday night. ( I will send someone to get this if you would like) please check street sweeping days 1st and Third week of the month. Extra thing to note, Please send copy of your ID or valid Drivers Licenses ( 1 each per guest). Fees: Please be sure and add ALL guest to reservation. If this changes during stay, just send a message to add and we will be happy to add them for you, even If you have a person over-night or even if they are a guest, they need to be added. I'm here to help! • Sleeping arrangements; There are 2 Cal King Beds, ( sleeps up to 3 each) =6 persons+ (4- Queen beds)= up to 8 = total 14 persons in 6 bedrooms. PLUS Theres 2 additional couches that sleep one person each , and 1 that sleeps 2. = 4 persons = up to 15 MAX people. Fun! + yoga mats in the master bedroom closet + games in the white cabinet downstairs in the living room. ( monopoly, Jenga, and many others) +fire table + barbecue! There's a propane tank and a barbecue on the right side of the house, please pull away from house first! if you need additional propane during your stay, please reach out and I will ask managment to help retrieve it for you. No smoking of any kind in house min 250 cleaning fee. Dog Fee is $100, for 1 fur baby up to 15lbs we love our fur babies but do a thorough cleaning for each & every guest, including hypoallergenic cleaning after the rare event of having pet guest. We take great care & pride of keeping a clean place. Our keypads generate unique passcodes for each guest, with the ability to grant only temporary, limited-time access ( during your stay) to our unit. Once checkout time lapses, the codes will change and you won’t be able to get back in once you go out. Therefore please be sure to have all of your items at checkout. If you accidently leave something ,we do ask that you do your best to check before you leave. Sadly, we cannot be responsible for left behind items. ( we will help you to the best of our ability) There are outdoor cameras, facing parking area and doorbell and outdoor backyard area only. No indoor cameras. There is no sound recording indoors, but close living neighbors outdoors, that we are mindful of. Please note that these rules are basic in their entirety. We just have to say them out loud so that there is no misrepresentation, We ask that you overall treat Kimberly's home with kindness and love, please close spa when not in use. Turn off lights as possible. We have had many wonderful stays where the guests have an excellent time, and come back to see Kimberly's time & time again, We love our repeat family! You are an addition to our wonderful house family. Did I say, great for kids!?! 😊 Just please keep an extra eye on them around pool & stairs area, please 🙏 there is a great little hobbit closet area & kids hide and seek usually due to the size of the house. We are front door accessible, wheelchair access and ramps, hand rails in 1 bathroom and bathroom chair pull in availability. Household sinks are not lowered.
