There is a 3 head shower room and toilet bidet in the downstairs bathroom, newly decored with heated towel rack , you’ll love it after a salt water swim. Each large bedroom has a unique and beautiful quality , some with chandeliers others with white curtians & open window areas, most rooms have black out curtians so you can sleep in! The master has a beautiful jet tub & double sink area so lets get ready for your event! Kimberlys is amazing to truly put your feet up and finally relax. Perfect for friends, families and any who want to spend time together and feel at home. Enjoy the large kitchen with 2 stoves, 5 gas burners, microwave, & plenty of extras. Theres even a special treat, is a stocked coffee & tea bar with a Kierig & Coffee Press from one coffee lover to another! We include Hot Chocolate for an evening time amazing warm-up. No local parties or raves, only family & friend, holiday & wedding style get togethers. Parking only in designated driveway or in front of house if other parking is needed must be ran through by owner. Do not park in other peoples driveway or in front of their house. Extra thing to note, UN - authorized extra guests are 90$ per person-per night . Please be sure and add all guest to reservation. If this changes during stay, just send a message to add and we will be happy to add them for you ( per night is ok too) . Home prices are listed with ( currently 5 ) people..please add your requested amount of guests for a complete pricing and the APP will populate it for you Pricing varies on person amount & seasonality, just as hotels do. Sleeping arrangements; There are 2 Cal King Beds, ( sleeps 3 each) =6 persons+ (4- Queen beds)= 8 = total 14 persons in 6 bedrooms. PLUS Theres 2 additional couches that sleep one person each , and 1 that sleeps 2. = 4 persons = 18 persons Please request queen inflatable & bedding prior to stay if needed. (40$ each) Late checkouts: These are important to covet as there are other guests coming! 10am is check out. If late by any portion , it is an added charge 100per hour or portion of hour. Guest is responsible if reservation replacement is required due to an unauthorized late checkout or additional cleaning/smoking that impacts the next guest. SPA :heating/ cleaning is available for 100$ fee and is required for use. PETS: There is 100 per small pet fee no large animals. ( over 20lbs). Fee is for 1 pet. Please contact for up to 2 small pets. Do not bring any pets unauthorized or leave unattended in bathrooms. We make accommodations for our invited fur babies & do special cleanings for following guests. Unauthorized pets $250 due to the unexpected cleaning. No smoking of any kind in house or min. 250$ fine. Please notify us so we can set up outdoor ( away from house area) ashtray, no ciggarette butts/ smoking or glass items left in or near pool or spa. Our keypads generate unique passcodes for each guest, with the ability to grant only temporary, limited-time access ( during your stay) to our unit. Once checkout time lapses, the codes will change and you won’t be able to get back in once you go out. Therefore please be sure to have all of your items at checkout. If you accidently leave something behind, just message me & I will work with you to get it recovered but we do ask that you do your best to check before you leave for any extra things left behind.
