The space Home is large and can take as much as 9 guests hence it's best for whole families, groups planning events' friends get together ❤️ friends hang out work groups coming to Nova Scotia for work and many more groups. Our home is wonderful for families looking for a home away from home also best for those who wish to work from home as there is no background noise, neighbourhood is serene and quiet. You will have access to comfortable work desk and chairs . This home is 10 minutes drive to Dartmouth crossing, 15 minutes drive to downtown Halifax. it's a home away from home. just like you are in your own home. You will love it here we assure you Just bring along your food and nothing more needed as we will provide you and your group with all you may need for comfort for your length of stay. it will be nice if more than 4 guests book it than just a few guests. we would love a full home. We can host your guests who came from afar for your events as we can house atleast 8 adults in the home. Please be informed that we just installed a security system on the home. Home is being monitored by Telus. This is just for safety hence if the smoke dictator alarms we will call you on phone to clarify that the home is not on fire because the company will wish to know so they can dispatch a fire truck except its a false alarm. Also if you leave the outside doors open it will beep in the home as well as alert us of open doors please be informed that do not accept PETS, if any PET is captured in the perimeter of the home we will bill guest for professional cleaning. Its ok to intimate your visitors who come to visit while you are in the home. Also be informed that we have cameras littered all over the perimeter of the home (NON inside) For reservations more than a week please be informed that we will come in to clean the home atleast once a week, we will schedule this with you. This is part of keeping to the standard we crave to maintain. We also welcome companies to book the space for their staff who come to work in Halifax and Dartmouth. we accept groups and can discount. Guest access Access to the home can be via the deck with a door code which is provided 48 hours to your check in and expires after your check out. please we do not allow guests to walk through the back of the home on grass by the garage. please keep to the front driveway! Also be informed that the garage and the back yard is on lease to a tenant so they have the whole back garden and the detached garage Other things to note Our home is for groups and maximum of 8 adults and an infant. We have a convertible crib for imfants that can be converted to a toodler bed. its always set on the king-sized room. Please note that it's either a crib or a toddler bed as it's the same bed that is converted to crib or toodler bed We maybe able to accept hosting of events if we are able to ascertain that your event won't disturb the peace in the neighbourhood as our neighbourhood is noted for its tranquility Please we do not allow use of glitters in the home as it takes a couple of days to get it completely cleaned out. For bookings more than 1 week please be advised that we will clean the home every week to enable us keep to the standard we strive to maintain. if you do not wish the home cleaned in the midst of your stay we may need you to sign an agreement on this. Also be informed that we do not accept PETS in any form. please intimate your guests on this not to bring them along as we do not want to capture pets in the perimeter of the home while you are in the home.
