Main Level: The main level includes a queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom featuring a relaxing whirlpool tub, along with a king bedroom and an additional full bathroom. The spacious living room is equipped with a flat-screen TV and a queen sleeper sofa, providing ample space for relaxation. Gather around the dining table that seats eight, perfect for family meals and gatherings. The fully equipped kitchen includes an electric stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster, and coffee maker, making meal prep easy and enjoyable. Lower Level: On the lower level, you'll find another queen bedroom with an attached full bathroom for added privacy. Unwind in the sauna or step out onto the deck to enjoy the fresh mountain air. Guest access We offer a fully remote check-in process for your convenience. After your reservation is confirmed, you will receive a text message with a link to complete our rental agreement. On the day of arrival, you will receive a separate text with a secure link to provide the required security deposit authorization. Once both the rental agreement and security deposit are completed, you will be sent our welcome guide, which includes the property address, door code, Wi-Fi information, and all check-in details. Please note that check-in information cannot be released until all required steps are completed. Other things to note • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Electric bikes and charging batteries are not allowed inside the Condo. • Shuttle service is offered in the Winter on Saturdays, Sundays, and Holidays. • Ski home trail is dependent on natural snow. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • Highridge Sports Center is open from 8 AM - 9 PM - Seven days per week.
