Welcome to Manatee Manor, a recently remodeled retreat for up to 10 guests, including dogs under 75lbs, fee applies. Just three lots from the sandy Broadkill Beach. Outdoor amenities include a fenced yard, fire pit, tetherball, basketball, connect4. Indoors, enjoy a game room, laundry, 3 bedrooms w/smart TVs and 2.5baths. The upper level features decks, screened porch, sunroom, a designer kitchen. Linens and firewood are not included. Embrace the charm and comfort for an unforgettable retreat. The space The home has 3 bedrooms, 1 full bath, 2 half baths, and an outdoor shower. We offer 3 night stays in the off season and week long stays during June, July, and August with Saturday to Saturday stays. The kitchen is well appointed with everything you should need to prepare your meals and has seating for 4 at the bar. Sun room has seating for 4 at the table and 2 chairs that convert to twin beds. There are 2 large decks and a screened in porch. The lower floor has a game room with futon and bunk as well as laundry and wet bar area. For the kids there are books, board games, arcade games, basketball, tetherball, connect4, blocks, and sand toys. There is also a bookshelf for the adults. Please be aware that no linens(sheets and towels) or firewood is provided. Dogs are welcome with a fee. Broadkill can have flies and mosquitoes due to its location near the marsh so please be sure to pack bug spray. Bookings for July and August are 7 day stays with Saturday move in/out. Guest access Please enjoy the entire home during your stay. There are also a number of activities on the large lot to enjoy. Other things to note Linens are not included. There are several rental companies that service the area.
