Nature strip between house and lake's edge for long walks along lake's edge or fish for flatties/go canoeing. Ten minutes walk to Budgewoi shops (Coles, Medical Centre, pharmacy, bakery, liquor stores etc) and twelve minute walk to Budgewoi Hotel and pizza/seafood restaurants. Five min drive to ocean beach. Ample parking on site and on street. Relaxing light-filled house. The space 3 bedroom house with lots of natural light. It is quiet and has a lovely view across the lake. The house is fenced all around with a nature reserve between back fence and the lake. Two bedrooms have queen beds and a smaller room has two double bunks and a pull out bunk if required. Coffee table in loungeroom has board games in the drawers. There is an eight seat table on back verandah which also has a bbq. There is an indoor lounge area, breakfast table area and dining area. Guest access The key safe (lockbox) is next to the front door. Once your booking is confirmed the code for it and back gate will be sent close to your arrival..
