House with Air-Conditioning and Swimming Pool -Lagoinha/Ubatuba

Ground floor beach house, spacious and comfortable, accommodates 10 people. Located in the gated community of Salga, 400 meters from the beach and with 24-hour security. The house is 400 meters from the beach and is located on a quiet, cul-de-sac street. We are close to two markets, a restaurant and a pizzeria. Be sure to take the trail that leaves Lagoinha and passes through paradisiacal views and beaches such as Bonete. This tour can be done on foot or by taxi boat. Guest access The house is very nice to stay in. It has a large balcony with hammocks, a living room with a 42" TV with the SKY closed channel, a game room, and a dining room for 10 people. The bedrooms are spacious and comfortable. There are three bedrooms with AIR-CONDITIONING. In two of them, we have 2 bunk beds, accommodating 4 people each. The third bedroom has a double bed. We provide pillows, but we do not have bed and bath linens for guests. The kitchen is well equipped with the necessary utensils for a good stay. We have a frost-free refrigerator, microwave, 4-burner stove, oven, blender, electric oven, coffee maker, sandwich maker, George Foreman grill and water filter. The outdoor area has a barbecue, dining table for 10 people, refrigerator with freezer, outdoor shower, tank and washing machine. Swimming pool as of October/21. Other things to note The SALGA condominium is very safe. Monitored 24 hours a day and with a security patrol. It is important to note that loud music is not allowed on the beach or in the houses.
