The space This property is the perfect retreat if you’re seeking a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of the city—yet it’s only minutes away from the island’s many attractions. Enjoy complimentary coffee, tea, and basic pantry staples. The furnishings are simple and functional. The bedroom features a queen-size bed, and there is a pull-out sofa bed available for a third guest—Please request the sofa bed when booking. You’ll also find a TV, DVD player with movies, and plenty of books and games. During the warmer months, the deck offers breathtaking views and stunning starry skies at night. If you’re an early riser—or find yourself unable to sleep—step outside to witness a spectacular sunrise. Please note, this is not a handicap-accessible suite. The driveway is steep, but there is parking available at the top and a second space halfway down. It’s also a non smoking place. We aim to keep guests comfortable and happy while maintaining an affordable price point. The 650 square foot space is simple and modest—it is not luxurious—but thoughtfully equipped. While we strive to keep our fees below market value, additional charges reflect taxes and Airbnb commissions. Please note:- From April 15 a minimum of 2 nights is required. Our rates are one of the lowest for a self contained suite. Dine on the deck, take an afternoon nap in the hammock, and enjoy the beauty of the natural surroundings—all just a few minutes’ drive from Ganges. It’s no surprise that birds enjoy nesting here too.! Guest access Treetops suite is entirely self contained and is on the lower level of the house. It is not a basement suite. The upper suite is a long term rental. Other things to note Welcome to the island I have loved for 38 years. With a family and a job I cannot always be present on the island, which is why I chose to share my special space with other like minded people who will enjoy all that Treetops will have to offer. We regret having to charge a cleaning fee. But none of these services that are normally included in the city, are free. We pay extra for garbage and recycling and water taxes.
