On the ground floor of the building there is a spacious living area with a kitchen and a dining room of modern lines with an exit to a large terrace of 100 square meters with garden furniture and a pavilion. Also on the ground floor there is a wellness area from which there is a view of the pool, terraces and greenery through large glass walls. The pool is 48 square meters in size, part of which is for children with a depth of 0.5 m and for adults with a depth of 1.5 square meters and has a hydromassage. The activity space extends through the entire basement of the house, and there is also an additional kitchen and a fireplace that completes it. In the basement there is also a garage with 2 parking spaces and 6 bicycles for riding around the city, while the fully fenced plot offers another 4 parking spaces. On the first floor of the house there is a study, 4 rooms with bathrooms, each room with access to the terrace and 1 room in the attic. On the ground floor of the Villa there is 1 large room with two beds (box beds) for 4 people that can be separated, the room has a separate bathroom and kitchen. In  our  neighborhood   there are many  restaurants "Volaria" and Ribarska koliba in Marina Veruda that offer a rich fish menu Pizzeria Jupiter, Boccaporta restaurant that offers traditional Istrian cuisine.
