The space This is a semi detached bungalow with: Bedroom 1 - with a king size bed and wardrobes Bedroom 2 - with a single bed that converts into a double bed Bathroom - with bath and bath shower, sink and toilet Kitchen - with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, kettle, fridge and a freezer Living room - with large low sofa, chair, TV with terrestrial channels, dining table and four seats. Rear garden enclosed on all sides with 5 foot fence panels, small lawn with a decked area. The house has gas fired central heating serving thermostatic radiators in all rooms except the bathroom. The bathroom has an electric towel rail that can be switched on as required. Guest access Guests have access to all rooms and the front and back gardens. The garage is not accessible by guests but has high chair and stair gate stored in there that guests may want to use. These can be available on request. Other things to note - Smoking is not allowed in any interior spaces in the house. Smoking is allowed in the garden but please ensure all butts or other remnants from smoking are extinguished and put into the grey rubbish wheelie bin outside the front door. - The village does not have any shops. The closest convenience shops are Halsall or Lydiate approx 3 miles away. Food delivery services (Deliveroo etc) are available to the house. There are some very good restaurants in Formby. The beaches at Formby and Southport are large and very sandy and a great place to spend some time. Ainsdale beach allows dogs on it all year round and is a 20 minute drive from the house.
