Beach House with Pool in Itapoá Santa Catarina

The house in the listing is in the back and maintains its privacy. The space accommodates 6 people and has 2 Bedrooms with 1 Fan in each, 2 bathrooms and a covered and open kitchen. We live in the wooden house in front, and we do not share the spaces. The swimming pool, barbecue grill, hammocks and pool table are for guest use. We have two cats and accept 2 small and medium-sized pets. About third-party leasing: https://www.airbnb.com.br/help/article/427 The space In the space, you will find a large swimming pool, a smaller side pool ideal for children and the elderly, an outdoor table and chairs, a swing and for your barbecue, we have a masonry barbecue and several appliances available. Check the Cancellation Policy and ask questions before booking. We do not have air-conditioning in any room of the house! Guest access Upon arrival, the guest just needs to open the gate and enter the space. The key will be in the door. Other things to note The climate in Itapoá is generally stable with temperatures around 20 degrees. When it rains, it is usually passing rain, so no guest has ever stopped enjoying the pool even in the rain. We do not provide beach towels, sand mats and coolers, but we do provide 2 beach chairs and an umbrella. • The listing is for the blue house in the back. The wooden house is not included! • We do not charge a cleaning fee for the house and pool as long as they are left in great condition at check-out. If additional cleaning is required, it will be charged by Aircover. • When using the pool, follow the rules on the sign next to it. If you are going to enter the pool, do not use tanning oils and if you use sunscreen wait for the product to dry for 30 minutes. Jumping into the pool is not allowed, so as not to cause damage to it and also to avoid loss of water / products that treat it. • The Internet is a service provided by a data provider company, and is subject to failures beyond our control. • We do not provide bed, bath or table linens. • All outlets in the space are 220 Volts. • Smoking is allowed in the outdoor area of the house. • Up to 2 small pets are allowed. We do not charge a Pet fee as long as they do not cause damage and their feces/urine are properly cleaned. • For the security of the property, the house has a security camera at the entrance to the garage. Its field of vision is pointed at the entrance to the property and the street in front. • Check-in is at 2 p.m. and Check-out is at 11 a.m. (Unless a flexible schedule has been previously agreed upon during the property consultation) • Guests can have up to 4 visitors, as long as they do not sleep on the premises. • If necessary, guests can call us at the house in front or send a message on the Airbnb platform. • The Internet is a service provided by a data provider company, and is subject to failures beyond our control. • We do not have air-conditioning in any room of the house!
