The Blue House with all its charm is just steps away from the Beach. This place is all about the view, you can’t get much closer to the ocean. Located south of Campbell River in Stories Beach where the locals love to go to surf on the stormy days and play in the sand on sunny days. Whales, eagles & other wildlife can be spotted right off the patio. It’s the perfect place to stay while fishing, skiing, surfing, 🐳 watching or just relaxing. There is just something about being by the ocean. 🌊 The space This is a split level home with a fully contained secondary suite on the 1st floor. You have access to the foyer and bedroom on the 1st floor and three bedrooms and two bathrooms upstairs. Full kitchen and patio upstairs also. Guest access The foyer and bedroom off the foyer on the first floor and the whole top floor. The backyard and the beach. Other things to note The house is right off the Island highway. You will hear traffic noise. The Windows were recently upgraded/replaced but you will still hear the highway. To us it is like a white noise, not like “city” traffic. There is only ONE stand up shower. The main bathroom has a tub/shower combo and the master bathroom has a big soaker jetted tub with a spray nozzle. The house space consists of the entry way and 1 bedroom downstairs and three bedrooms, kitchen/living and patio upstairs. The rest of the lower level and garage is unavailable. There is a secondary suite on the lower level Which is also rented out. Please be mindful Of noise and please note the yard and beach access is shared between the two.
