Additionally, the "tower room" can be used as desired and is accessed through an upstairs bedroom. The large screened-in porch features a large seating area, a dining area, and contains the washer and dryer. The cabin is on a septic system and full electricity. It has electric baseboard heaters and a large wood stove in the living room if needed for heat. The cabin is equipped with wi-fi internet. Additional space can be found above the boathouse and the separate guest cabin. The boathouse upper level contains living space that can be used for sitting and has beds to sleep 5, a screened in porch, and outdoor sitting area. The guest cabin feels removed from the main cabin and has a queen-sized bed to sleep 2, a sitting room, a screened-in porch, and deck. The outdoor space can suit all needs. Near the boathouse there is an elevated rock perfect for small evening fires. There is a larger bonfire pit in the large field beside the cabin. The low-profile lot leaves a field excellent for outdoor games and activities. There is also a trampoline.
