The space Private entrance on the side of the house leads to an open living area with OLED TV, plush couch, and a record player zone with ambient lighting (one button turns it all on). Bedroom: King Tempurpedic in a separate room with blackout shades. Standing desk for getting work done. Backyard door is emergency exit only. Bathroom: Down the hall. Soaking tub, shower, bidet toilet, soft towels, black makeup washcloths. Stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and makeup remover. Coffee/food: Nespresso, electric kettle, mini-fridge, toaster, filtered water. No full kitchen, but great for light breakfasts before exploring local restaurants. Outside: Small private deck with chairs by your entrance. Ashtray provided if you smoke. Parking: The driveway is all yours. If your car sits low to the ground, you can also park at the top of the front yard. About the space: We live upstairs with our two small dogs. You might occasionally hear them scamper around, but we're very conscious about keeping noise to a minimum. You'll have complete privacy in your suite. Guest access The driveway is yours to park in. If your car is low to the ground, you may want to park at the top of the front yard instead. Your private entrance can be accessed on the left side of the house. A private deck with two chairs and a table leads the way to your front door. Other things to note The laundry room is located in the downstairs unit across from the bathroom and typically stays locked. For longer stays we are happy to accommodate requests to leave the laundry unlocked.
