2B- Darling studio near U of O and Downtown

Enjoy easy access to everything from this perfectly located studio unit. The space This is a darling studio, small but very comfortable with all you need to have a perfect stay. Mattress is super comfortable with cotton sheets and quilt. Bathroom is a tub/shower combo and there is medicine cabinet and vanity to store your items. Kitchen is stocked with a microwave, coffee pot and small range. Oil, basic spices, coffee/tea and coco are provided. There is a wardrobe closet and cabinet to store your clothing. A small simple expanding drop leaf table is available for your computer work or dining. I have excellent internet and there is a smart TV for your entertainment. Guest access This is your own private unit in my apartment building. Please be respectful of my other full-time tenants. There is a code box on the door for easy entry. We will send you your code on the day before your arrival. Parking is free and there are no designated spaces. You may park in either the front or back of the building. You will need the gate code when parking in the back and to access the garbage bin and laundry room. The Gate code info is in the unit on your welcome sheet as is the code to enter the laundry room. You can also find this in your reservation info. Other things to note There is a small laundry room in the back of the building for your use. You will need to use the gate and laundry code to enter, these are in the unit on the Welcome sign. The W/D unit is coin or you can pay using their app, instructions in laundry room. Coins are available across the street at the 7-11.
