A good base any time of year, families or couples, you will love its close proximity to the coast path and to the sandy beaches at Brancaster, Titchwell, Holme and Wells-next-the-Sea. Located on the coast road, the property is cosy and well equipped. It is freshly styled, adorned with local photographs and conveniently furnished for a holiday by the sea. With an open-plan sitting/dining room, leading through to a practical modern kitchen and small hallway, leading to a family bathroom and stairs to the first floor, this little bolthole is a comfortable seaside retreat. Upstairs you will find three well-appointed bedrooms; one double bedroom with a window to the front providing partial, distant marsh and sea views; a single bedroom and a twin bedroom to the rear. A south facing, landscaped and fully-enclosed rear garden with garden furniture is the perfect spot to catch the sun's rays after a busy day exploring. In terms of where you to eat, you are well and truly spoilt… as you're in easy walking distance of the family-friendly Jolly Sailor's pub/restaurant (where you can also enjoy take-away pizzas); the renowned White Horse gastro pub/restaurant, with its stunning views over the marsh from its veranda and dining conservatory; and Deepdale Café where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast or lunch throughout the year.
