24 m² maisonette with a terrace and a small garden, accessible by a pedestrian path and ideally located in La Rémigeasse (Dolus d'Oléron) in a pleasant private residence. The accommodation is less than 400 m from Rémigeasse Beach and at the foot of the cycle paths. La Cotinière as well as Dolus and their shops are 12min by bike and 5min by car. The space Composition of the accommodation: - Fitted and equipped kitchen area with fridge, combined microwave oven (traditional oven function), 2 induction cooktops, filter coffee maker, kettle, toaster - Living room with TV (DTT channels), WIFI via a 4G router (network that does not allow remote working) (updated October 2024) - Mezzanine bedroom with storage, 140 x 190 bed, pillows (65 x 65) and duvet (220 x 240), bed linen provided - Bathroom with small shower and sink (towels not provided), separate toilet - Washing machine, clothes rack and clothes pins - Vacuum cleaner, bucket and mop, broom, dustpan and brush - Outdoor terrace and garden with gas barbecue, manual awning, garden table + chairs, 2 deckchairs (stored behind the sofa) The essentials for the first days are provided in the kitchen: oil, vinegar, spices, tea, herbal tea, coffee and filters, dishwashing liquid... As well as laundry and toilet paper. A tea towel, bath mat and linens will be provided but no towels, don't forget them! ;) Guest access Free parking in the private parking lot of the residence located less than 100 m from the house. Access is then on foot via small pedestrian paths. Accommodation not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Check-in from 4pm – Check-out before 11am (self-check-in and check-out via a key box). Other things to note You can easily get around the island by bike (more than 150 km of bike paths). If you do not want to use your car during your stay, the CDC of Oléron Island has set up a free shuttle (bus) system to get around the island in the summer. No pets allowed.
