We have thought and implemented almost everything for your comfort in our villa. I hope you like it and are satisfied. Have a nice holiday...🏡 The space You will feel more comfortable than at home in our villa designed and decorated by architects. You can have pleasant conversations with your friends around the garden fireplace and sip your morning coffee on our pier. The comfort of the underfloor heating system and the pleasure of our fireplace will warm you up on cold winter days. Our heated pool is also available even during the winter months. (Pool heating is available from September to June. It is not available during the summer months (June-September). Thank you for your understanding 🙏 You can taste our completely organic fruits from the fruit trees in our garden and wake up to the sounds of birds. (Notes:Depending on the season and drought conditions, there may be no water under the pier at times. Please ask for information before making a reservation. There may be road noise as one of the garden entrances of our house faces the D100 highway. We have reduced this to a minimum inside the house with soundproof windows. But already most of our guests do not find this noise to be a concern. ❗️⚠️) Guest access There is access to all rooms and areas except technical rooms. Other things to note Welcome to Çatı Villa Lake House ☺✌ 1- Usually I welcome you, but in some cases this may not be possible. In this case, there is a locked box on the left side of the entrance garden gate, where I marked. The password for this box will be notified to you via message. You can open and close the automatic door with the remote control inside. You can only enter the house with the key from the main entrance of the house. The veranda door opens and closes from inside the house. By the way, we do not enter our house with our shoes on. Likewise, we expect the same from you. In case there is a power outage and you have to leave the house with your vehicle, we have also added the automatic garden gate engine key to this keychain. When you insert it into the slot on the side of the engine and turn it, the engine will neutralize itself with the lever that comes out and you can open the sliding door by pushing it. You can also open the pedestrian entrance gate with the same keychain. 2- Garden lighting and neons are automatic. There is no outside intervention. (If you would like it to be turned off during your stay, please contact me) These lightings provide extremely sufficient illumination. However, if you want higher illumination, there are 2 separate projectors facing the garden from the lower veranda ceiling. You can open them manually with switches on the wall. However, please do not forget to close it when you are finished in order to use our resources efficiently. 3- We have left treats for you on the kitchen table and in the fridge. There are sunflower oil, olive oil, pomegranate sour, soy sauce, cajun spice, sugar, tea, coffee, filter coffee and their machines in the kitchen. You can use it available. 4- There are 2 bedrooms on the upper floor. 4 people can stay here. The sofa in the living room has an opening mechanism for the other 2 people. We left the sleeping sets and towels specific to this area in the upper cabinets of the coat rack. 5- There is 1 hand towel of 1 size for everyone. There are also foot towels. There is 1 shower gel and 1 shampoo for everyone. 6- There is a washing machine and detergent/softener in the bathroom. It is ready for use. There is a clothes hanger on the upstairs terrace for drying laundry. 7- Our house has instant hot water 7/24 with a 500 lt. boiler and circulation system. 8- There is a jacuzzi on the terrace. There is a safety sensor in the place I marked. When you fill water up to this point, the jacuzzi start working.Otherwise it won't work. 9- There is hot/cold air conditioning in every room and living room, and their controls are hung on the wall. Do not operate the device with the doors or windows open, and make sure that the devices are turned off at check-out. 🙏 In addition, our house is equipped with underfloor heating system. The system works automatically. If the doors and windows remain open for a long time, the system automatically turns off. ⚠ 10- We left 4 sun loungers for you on the veranda for the garden fireplace. For stays of more than 4 people, we add +2 chairs. Please do not take any chairs other than these sun loungers and the ones we mentioned into the garden. When you are finished with the sun loungers, please take them back to the lower veranda. This is because it gets wet at night as a result of dew/rain or automatic garden watering system or contaminated by bird/ash droppings.. We recommend and request that you take care to continue using it. 🙏 We also left sacks of firewood equal to the number of nights you will stay. If you need more wood, we wrote the woodcutter's number on the refrigerator. If you call him, he will bring it home. You can buy it. 11- There are fly screens on all doors and windows. Since you are on the lake shore, there may be flies from time to time. Therefore, keep the mosquito nets closed at all times, day and night. We also left fly repellent lotion for you. You can find it in the cabinet above the washing machine in the bathroom. 12- If you need a vacuum cleaner and a mop, you can access them from the compartment under the stairs by pressing and opening the covers under the kitchen table. 13- Please do not leave your garbage at the door. There is a garbage container on the roadside outside the garden. Please always throw your garbage into these containers. Thank you for taking out your garbage on the day you checked out☺🙏 14- There is wifi in all areas of our villa. In some places, there are risers to prevent you from experiencing interruptions. Please do not unplug these devices. You can find the wifi password inside the handbook in the house. 15- We have a barbecue on the lower terrace for barbecue. Materials available. You may just need to buy coal. If there is dust etc. while barbecuing, there is a dustpan and broom in the space on the west side of the veranda. 16- The use of tobacco and its products, including electronic cigarettes, is prohibited in our villa. Otherwise, the central smoke and carbon monoxide alarm will be activated. Please use an ashtray for your butts in the garden, terrace and veranda. We left it in various places for you. 🚭 17- Our villa has a pool. Please follow the instructions posted by the pool and never leave your children unattended near the pool. 🚨‼️ Pool maintenance is performed on a regular basis. However, we have also provided a pool skimmer so you can remove any leaves or objects that fall into the pool. Feel free to use it. Our pool is heated and is only heated between September and June. It is not heated during the summer (June-September). To help maintain the pool’s temperature, we recommend covering the pool with the pool cover when it is not in use. To prevent heat loss, the waterfall is not operational during the winter. Thank you in advance for your understanding. 18- Although our closest neighbor is 70 meters away. Even though it is on the west side, peace and tranquility are essential for everyone due to its location. We would be pleased if we empathize and take care not to make noise after 23.00 for everyone's comfort 🙏🔇🤫 19- Finally, as per the laws of the Republic of Turkey, we are obliged to report every individual who is over 18 years of age and staying in our home to the police / gendarmerie via the identity notification system, we kindly request you to send me the image of your IDs before entry. Not making a declaration or making an inaccurate/incomplete declaration, and accommodation of persons under the age of 18 without their parents or guardians is a crime and has sanctions.
