The space It is a quiet space, the room is separate from the others, it has light and is cozy. Ready to study, with the capacity to store clothes, quiet and very bright. In the winter it is warm, it has heating. Guest access The kitchen and bathroom are shared. You can cook in the kitchen if necessary, the refrigerator is shared and you can also use the washing machine. During your stay As soon as you arrive, a key is given to the guest, in case you need or have any questions, you could communicate with me via WhatsApp or tell me since I live in the apartment. I have a 12-year-old girl who is with me every other week. Joint custody... Other things to note I live in a neighborhood that is 15 minutes from Plaza España. It is a lively neighborhood, there are bars, pharmacies, supermarkets just a few meters away. All universities are 5 minutes from home. At the same time it is a quiet house because the street is not very busy. Parking is free, I have a car and I don't have a garage. Sometimes I park the first time and sometimes I have to go around a bit. I am flexible at check-in time, but I also have to say that I work and have a life, and check-out depends on whether I have another guest the next day.
