The space This property offers a fully equipped modern kitchen with cabinets for storage plus 4 island chairs and dining room table with comfortable sittings. 1 Master suite with a King size bed and walk-in closet, 2 bedrooms with Queen size beds and 1 bedroom with 2 twin beds. 2 Smart TVs. All bedrooms have new mattresses with luxury bedding and a high quality linen, down alternative pillows and comforters (all hyper-allergenic bedding ). 2 bicycles , 2 kids scooters , 2 kayaks, PS4 with games , table /social games, pool toys, beach chairs and umbrella - are available for our dear guests. Guest access You have access to the entire home minus garage/entry closet for owner storage. Other things to note Parking: 4 spots on the driveway. Please no parking on the street, or grass area. Gas grill is available. Guests are responsible for maintaining the grill including tank refill and cleaning after every use. No cooking bacon on the grill is allowed. Minimum $50 charge for dirty grill or surrounding area. No illegal activities of any kind this will result in immediate cancelation of your reservation. This includes playing loud music outside, any drug use on the property including marijuana with a medical ID (please do it somewhere else), any excess cars or unregistered guests. Absolutely no indoor smoking.
