Luggage For operational reasons, we do not have luggage storage service before check-in or after check-out. However, if the apartment is available and there is no change of guests, we can offer this possibility without any problems. Otherwise, we recommend using the luggage storage services available in the area, which are numerous and easily accessible. White clothes and towels The accommodation includes towels and bedding for the start of the stay. We do not have a periodic replacement service like in hotels. If guests would like an extra change of towels or linens during their stay, we can gladly arrange it for an extra fee. Care of the apartment We ask for responsible use of the apartment, furniture, bedding and towels. Towels and sheets are intended exclusively for regular use. In the event of damage, permanent stains or improper use, we may request the corresponding compensation through the platform, depending on the situation.
