Amazing views are visible from the Primary Suite, the Family room, Dining room and kitchen. This unit is spacious and can accommodate up to 8 people sleeping and dining. The large balcony has an additional dining table with seating for 6 more. You are close enough to the beach and water to watch your kids in the sand. The placement of our pool deck on the side of the building versus behind the building allows for all day sun, warmth and amazing breezes. This unit offers a full sized washer and dryer in your unit and a trash chute on the same floor. This location is ideal with nearby restaurants, ice cream parlors, equipment rentals, life-gaurds on the beach, and tons of local activities from Deep Sea Fishing to paddle boarding and Parasailing to surfing and wave running. Our building did not get any major damage from the last 2 hurricanes. We DO have direct access to the beach.
