Cattle Tree Cottage with hot tub, garden + pets

Cattle Tree Cottage offers our guests a peaceful and relaxing location as well as private enclosed garden with patio and a wood burning Scandinavian Hot Tub. Situated only 10 minutes from Cardigan which has a large variety of independent shops and award winning restaurants, also glorious sandy beaches and the rugged coast line of both Ceredigion and Pembrokeshire with The Preseli Hills close by. Pets are welcome and the garden is securely fenced. Please see our alternative accommodation onsite The space Cattle Tree Cottage is a recently converted barn retaining many original features such as timber beams and exposed stone work. The front door opens into the large living room with French doors onto the rear patio and fenced garden with patio furniture and Scandinavian wood fired hot tub. There is a family sized modern kitchen with dining table and ground floor bathroom with shower over bath. Upstairs the galleried landing leads to 2 spacious and bright bedrooms. One with King Size bed the other offering either 3 single beds or alternatively 1 x zip link and 1 x single bed with ensuite. Guest access Guests have access to our 43 acre small holding - we ask that you are considerate to other guests privacy. Other things to note We will contact you before arrival to check if you wish to use the hot tub during your stay. Our farm is supplied by a water meter and not all our guests wish to use the hot tub therefore we charge for the use of the tub. To fill and heat for your arrival £30 To fill and leave a bag of logs/lighters for you to light at your leisure £25. The tub takes approximately 2 hours to heat from cold. Additional bags of logs are available for £10 each. We ask that you only use the logs we supply as others can burn too hot or coke the chimney. We supply 1 x bath and hand towel for each guest during your stay - We ask that you supply your own towels if you require additional ones for beach and hot tub, as well as cot linen. Also suggest robes and flip flops for hot tub if required. Pets are welcome but must be kept on a lead when near livestock and under control at all times and not sleep/ jump on the beds. Our farm track may not be suitable for low sports cars.
