Also enjoy the location as this unit is situated 15 minutes from the beach, Rams Stadium, forum, Hollywood Park and within 30 minutes of Santa Monica, Venice, Hollywood and downtown. Guest access You have a reserved space for parking. There is also free street parking. It has one day a week for garbage and street sweeping when you can not park, so please follow the signs! Other things to note This new build is on the back lot behind the front house. It is the downstairs unit of a duplex. This location is one of four on the property. There is a front, separate house, which is also a duplex. You may see other guests on the property, but they do not share your space. There is limited driveway space to this back property. If you have a very large truck or SUV, or are uncomfortable driving in tight spaces, you will find that free street parking is a better option than the reserved parking space.
