Unique Four Bedroom converted barn. Large Open living room, dining and kitchen. Two large lofts with two rooms in each. One bath up and one down. Close to Cabot Trail, Dancing Goat Cafe, XTR Gas, Margaree Co-Op Store, Lakes Restaurant, and Normaway Inn Music and Dining (Jun-Oct). 20 acres on the Margaree River and Lake O'Law Brook. Central for golfing in Inverness, Cheticamp or Baddeck, touring the Cabot Trail or snowmobiling, skiing, hiking in the Highlands right from your door. The space Additional cleaning fee for pets. Other things to note Futon in Living Room can be used for sleeping. Additional Twin Bed in open Loft available. Very Limited cell service in house. Recommend enabling wifi calling with your provider before arrival. There is an option for two additional rooms. Fishing licences and 3 day trail passes for snowmobiling can be purchased on line. Season Passes for snowmobiling trail are available at local gas stations. Garbage day is Tuesday. There is a bin outside. There are two picnic tables and a fire ring in summer season. Our neighbours with a Hart ( Carl and Helena) provide access for snowmobiles to the Two Macs Gift Shop May to October) across from The Dancing Goat Cafe. One minute away and close to XTR Gas. Snowmobiles can be rented and repaired at Eddies Small Engine. Fletchers Convenience Store and Gas , Margaree Centre has extended hours. Snowmobile and Side by Side Tours are available 20 miles away at TNT Outdoor Adventure. The incredible Margaree Salmon Museum (Jun to Oct) is a short walk down our road.
