In the heart of the classified site of the Ganzeville Valley, you will stay in a pretty duplex completely renovated with tasteful and refined decoration located by the river in a green setting of 3000 m² in the countryside. The space Close to Fécamp and its beach within 10 minutes, you will have plenty of time to discover during your stay the famous tourist sites of the region within an hour's drive: such as ÉTRETAT, LE HAVRE, HONFLEUR, DEAUVILLE, VEULES-LÈS-ROSES, DIEPPE and ROUEN. Less than 2 hours from PARIS, volunteers can escape to the Capital. This 50 m² cottage is furnished as follows: A beautiful 20 m² living room with fitted and equipped kitchen open to the living room, comfortable living room with TV. On the ground floor, a bedroom with 1 bed of 160*200, a bathroom equipped with a shower and separate toilet. Baby equipment available upon request. You will enjoy a private garden of 150 m2, a terrace, direct access to the river (ideal for fishing enthusiasts), barbecue, garden furniture. Other tenants (or owners) will probably be nearby but private space is assured and guaranteed. Possibility to rent HOUSE LINEN directly from the concierge. Large bed (including 1 towel per person and 1 tea towel) = €20 Small bed (including 1 hand towel) = €11 Extra towel = €2.50 Extra pillowcase = €1.20 ⚠️ If the linen is ordered too late, i.e. on the same day, the beds will not be made. Your accommodation is located on a 3000 m2 estate with a main house that can be occupied as well as a slightly larger cottage that can also be occupied but all spaces are well independent of each other and apart from the parking lot, none are shared.
