Other things to note Our local property management's professionally trained housekeeping teams use sanitization practices that have been approved and follow all guidelines from the CDC. Linens are professionally cleaned to hospital grade quality in a commercial cleaning facility and then sealed for delivery as soon as they are laundered. Housekeeping teams have been fully trained on proper cleaning techniques, paying special attention to high-touch areas and following all CDC, VRHP, and ALHA guidelines. All rooms are professionally cleaned and sanitized and followed up by an additional inspection process where additional sanitization may occur. In addition to hand soaps, we are also now providing guests with a bottle of disinfectant solution to use as needed during their stay.
