Our large, fully equipped two-bedroom apartment is located in a quiet & safe residential neighborhood of Praha 10-Zahradni Mesto full of green parks and gardens. Its location offers easy access to city centre in about 21 minutes. This apartment is suitable for 1 to 6 people. Private, secure off-street PARKING for 1 car is included in the price, just like Wi-Fi and Smart TV with access to YouTube & Netflix (you can log in with your own credentials). The space IMPORTANT INFO: Based on the legislation in the Czech Republic, we are BY LAW obliged to: 1) ask you to fill in a “registration form” with your full name, birthdate, purpose of your stay, passport or ID number and residential address in your home country, and to 2) collect the mandatory city tax from you in the amount of 50 CZK (equivalent to approx. 2 EUR) per adult person per night. Our spacious apartment on the 1st floor, Harrison Homes # 01, is one of 3 separate apartments in our family villa. It has its own entrance and set of keys. It is a spacious apartment consisting of a large bathroom with two sinks, fully equipped alley kitchen with built-in cabinets, dining room with 4 chairs, large living room, 2 bedrooms (to accommodate a total of 4 people) and a small terrace for summertime. It is a place where you will feel WELCOME and COMFORTABLE. Prague 10-Garden City district is a safe, quiet residential area sought by many. The nearest public transportation stop is just minutes away and connects you everywhere by tram, bus or train. Also Albert supermarket, Rossmann drugstore and ATM machine are a short walking distance. Best part? In about 21 mins, you are in the city centre. Guest access BATHROOM: Two large sinks, mirrored wall, large bathtub w/shower, toilet, washing machine. Soap, shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and towels provided. KITCHEN: Fridge & freezer combo, dishwasher, stove, oven, microwave, water kettle, coffee maker DINING ROOM: Large dining table with 6 chairs, writing desk (dedicated workspace area) for laptop, studying, etc. LIVING ROOM: Beautifully designed living room to offers a sofa, two small tabourets, Missoni seat, glass table, and eclectic full size rug that adds warmth. Sofa converts to sleeper bed (150 x 190 cm) for two persons. Access to the terrace and view to the garden. 1st BEDROOM: Large bed (180 x 200 cm) – sleeps 2 adults and has plenty of storage cabinets. It also has access to the terrace. 2nd BEDROOM: Two standard single beds (each with a matress 90 x 200 cm). A working table with a chair for those lucky ones who can work remotely. A storage cabinet. View into a park and garden. APPLIANCES: Fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher, stove, kettle, Nespresso coffee maker, drip coffee maker and of course cutlery, plates, mugs, etc.). OTHER: Free Wi-fi Internet access included. PARKING for 1 car included in price. SmartTV with access to YouTube and Netflix (you need your own credentials to log in under your existing account). Washing machine, ironing board, iron and hair dryer also available. First aid kid, smoke detectors and fire extinguisher provided. TERRACE: A real treat in the spring, summer and early autumn! Enjoy the fresh air and your favorite drink, start your day by having a breakfast there or dine al fresco. Other things to note In line with current legislation in the Czech Republic and in order to be compliant, we will ask you to fill in and sign a form with your name, last name, purpose of your stay, passport number, residential address in your home country and dates of arrival and departure. Mandatory CITY TAX per adult per night (in the amount of 50 CZK will be collected) - equivalent to approx. 2 USD or 2.20 EUR.
